O'Brien Plumbing & Heating provides plumbing, heating, and related services across Cork city and county.

All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

All work is covered by a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour from date of completion.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.

Emergency callout fees apply outside standard working hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm).

Callout fees are quoted before dispatch and are in addition to parts and labour.
